Submit a deal
A serious transaction starts with a clear opportunity.
Share enough context for an informed first review, whether you are seeking capital, a strategic partner or a business or asset transaction.
Who should submit
Credible opportunities with a defined transaction purpose.
We welcome submissions from founders, businesses, developers, project sponsors and asset owners with an opportunity connected to Nepal and a genuine capital, partnership or transaction objective.
The strongest submissions explain the commercial case, ownership position, present stage and the outcome being sought.
Prepare before submitting
Common questions
Before you submit an opportunity.
What opportunities can be submitted?
We consider Nepal-connected businesses, projects and assets with a defined commercial case, identifiable ownership and a genuine capital, partnership, sale or other transaction objective.
Does submitting an opportunity guarantee an outcome?
No. A submission begins an initial fit review. It does not guarantee engagement, investor interest, a partner, financing or a completed transaction.
What information should be prepared?
Explain the opportunity, present stage, transaction purpose, capital requirement or indicative value, and why it should be considered now. We will request additional information if the initial review indicates a possible fit.
Should confidential documents be attached?
Not at the initial stage. Share only enough information for a first review. If the opportunity appears relevant, we will arrange an appropriate channel for supporting documents.
Prefer an initial conversation?
WhatsApp remains available for a brief introduction.
Please do not send confidential documents over WhatsApp. Use it to introduce yourself and the nature of the opportunity.
